My wallet have several address, but I'd like to move bitcoin from a specific address to another address. Is this possible?

I am curious to see how many of you guys use btc for day to day transactions/transfers to friends or family, how many use btc for some transactions and how many are just buying it as a form of digital gold/store of value.
Also, I am interested to understand each reason why you use it or especially why you don't use it for transactions.

Obviously, I check in on how it's doing, but I don't worry if it suddenly drops 20% because it's for my retirement. What do you think? do you think I will be able to run Start9 OS on that hardware (link below) ? Once I flash system I should be able to do that right ?
