Unlikely coincidence with Trezor 20-word seed phrase generator

Hey everyone,

I recently noticed something strange while generating two different 20-word seed phrases on my Trezor devices. In both wallets, words #3 and #4 came out the same!.

For context, this happened on two different Trezor Model 3 devices:

• One is the Bitcoin Only hardware wallet.
• The other is the Universal Model 3, but running in Bitcoin-only software mode.

The probability of this specific event is around 1 in 1.1 trillion. That’s the chance of both wallets independently producing “X word, X word” in exactly the same positions (#3 and #4).

Is this normal? Has anyone else experience something similar?
