Satoshi did not propose the 21 million set-supply. Does any know the full story of who did and when?
Obviously it is a great thing, and one of the core tenets - but it strikes me as unusual that the origins of the idea are spoken about more. I found this (see Github link) but I am looking for more details. Thanks in advance.
