Block stream Jade Issue
Hi BTC community,
Long time lurker, first time poster.
I am having an issue with my blockstream jade.
I cannot send any btc from my jade blockstream (while using blockstream green) into my coinbase account.
I’ve tried all diff amounts and it says
“Assets cannot be used on Bitcoin”
I am really confused. I just made some transfers to my coin base earlier this month.
I also tried sending bitcoin INTO my Cold storage and that works. I am just not able To transfer the coins off the blockstream jade.
This has never happened to me before and i just checked that my firm ware is up to date.
I submitted a ticket to blockstream on sunday and monday with no reply so i dont think i can count on them but,
Has this happened to anyone before? I am sure it is a user error but this user is all out of ideas.
